Job description

Our client is a global producer, marketer, and provider of technology-driven natural ingredients for the food and beverage industry. With international offices in Australia, Belgium and throughout the world, they are currently searching for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team in Tauranga.

About the Role
This is a newly created role within our Australian and New Zealand customer service team. The role is broad, with customer, supplier and 3 PL providers interaction; so, a strong connection with the sales team is required to maintain the highest level of customer service.


The Role:

  • Daily communication via phone and email with customers and service providers and respond promptly to customer queries
  • Raise product releases and arrange deliveries within our ERP platform
  • Liaise with our sales and technical teams to ensure our customers receive timely and accurate information
  • Invoicing, stock management and dispatch of product for customers
  • Coordinate customer deliveries with 3PL warehouses and transport companies
  • Entering Contracts into Navision
  • Entering and Managing LTO's in the SAP system
  • Managing Main SAP ticket system (full training provided)
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Process orders and manage customer's accounts and maintain customer databases
  • Organise and prioritise your workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Carry out general office duties as required

  • Professional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively build rapport with customers
  • Sound organisational and time management skills including the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible, proactive with a focus on continuous improvement
  • A proficiency in MS office
  • Prior customer service experience in a similar role is advantageous
