Grada Recruitment has teamed up with one of New Zealand's most successful and reputable NZIA practices. This design-focused practice has won multiple awards and is well known across both NZ and Australia.
About the company and culture

About the role

  • Opportunity to lead entire project design phases of small to medium-sized projects or a section of a large project from concept design to the construction phases.
  • Collaborate with project team members and other consultants 
  • Work on award-winning projects and have genuine input 
What you will need to be considered
  • Experience with Revit and In Design experience will be an advantage.
  • Proven technical knowledge with strong design and detailing skills.
  • Have strong knowledge and understanding of the NZ building codes and standards
  • Good understanding of construction techniques, weather-tightness detailing and technical knowledge of building materials.
  • The ability to develop elements of design from concept sketches to detailed models/drawings.
  • Strong ability to communicate with team members.
  • Great problem-solving skills, sorting out information with competing interests.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of teams with a clear drive for results to achieve project outcomes.
