Thanks to an internal promotion, we are looking for a positive, proactive person to join our amazing Customer Relationship team, based in Palmerston North but also supporting our Toyota stores in Feilding, Levin, Masterton and Whanganui.

What would you be doing?

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls – successful call centre or hospitality experience would be an advantage here, but is not essential, as long as you are willing to learn!
  • Preparing and distributing WOF & service reminders and communications to customers via their preferred contact method
  • Processing telephone and online booking requests 
  • Setting up new, and managing existing, customer records; obtaining customer information and maintaining our customer database to the highest standard
  • Delivering prepared guides to ensure new and repeat service and extra care business
  • Ensuring sound knowledge of product and service requirements, pricing and time frames to identify needs, provide solutions, respond to questions and identify and overcome objections
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department or person
  • Communicating and coordinating effectively and positively with all other internal departments – this team is like a central cog in the machine!

We have been in business since 2004 and started with one store in Palmerston North. In 2010 we grew when we added TRC Feilding, Levin & Masterton and late last year in December, TRC Whanganui joined us.
