The role:

No two days will ever be the same as you put your stamp some of the Lower South Island's infrastructure and civil construction projects. You will have a key sales role as part of the Lower South Island team, utilising a strategic approach, you will be focused on partnering with Hynds customers to help them grow their business.

We want a farmer who can hunt, or a hunter who can farm - Business Development is the key to success in this role so be prepared to stretch yourself.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning key customer relationships
  • Managing the tender and sales pipeline
  • Analysing the territory for potential
  • Achieving agreed sales targets
  • Territory management - ownership of your performance is a must
