Our client who is a family-owned business is on the search for a 'Service Station Manager' to manage a local 24/7 gas station based in Wellsford. This brand has been around for nearly 80 years and have been expanding since then. The successful applicant will have the pleasure to journey with people from all walks of life, who will either stop over to get pumped or grab a bite. This is an opportunity for someone who may have had a cooperate lifestyle and now wants to settle down in a quiet life or an up-and-coming enthusiastic person who wants to grow and further in their career.

The Role:

  • Decision making
  • Team leader
  • Engage with customers and ensure they have been served efficiently
  • Ordering stock and manage pricing
  • Motivate and train staff
  • Manage work schedules
  • Oversee Health and safety requirements
  • Manage security and loss prevention
  • Cashier operations
  • Ensure all staff are following Company policies
  • Manage financial reports
  • Delivers results and targets

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role

  • Can multitask and work under pressure
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
