Self Checkout Team Member - this role involves playing an active role in loss prevention to ensure no theft is taking place, ensuring the area is always customer ready (bags stocked, areas tidy), and being mobile to best respond to the needs of the customers and guiding them to the next available checkout.
Evening Fill Team Member - this role involves helping to clear product deliveries from the stockroom and display it on the shop floor. You will be making sure the products are priced and that promotions are clearly ticketed, the right signage, as well as the store is clean and tidy. Please note you must be aged over 16 for this role.
Price Integrity/Admin Team Member - this role involves looking after stock control, monitoring team member compliance, reporting, liaising with vendors, invoicing, and complete stocktake duties. You will also facilitate price changes, set-up promotions while ensuring all ticketing is accurate, execute merchandising to high standards, feedback trading info to management, all while playing a role in stock integrity.
Service Desk/Checkout Team Member - this role is based at our customer service desk, and entails assisting our customers with their enquiries, processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. As a Checkout Team Member, you will be responsible for making sure our customers receive fast service at the checkout and that they feel valued.
Loss Prevention Team Member - Your primary focus will be on preventing shrinkage (theft) by monitoring security cameras, following procedures around recovery, and promoting a safe environment for both the team and customers.
Trolley Team Member - in this role, you will be keen to dig in where required to get things done - whether it's collecting trolleys from the car park, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, ticketing products, and of course helping our customers.
Apparel Team Member - In this role, you will go out of your way to assist customers with all of their apparel needs. You will create displays and merchandise the Apparel department to ensure there is a high sell through and that the department looks visually appealing.
Green Gardening/Shopfloor Team Member - in this role, you will be passionate about helping our customers with all of their Gardening needs. To really succeed your reliability and strong work ethic are essential. You will also be happy to dig in where required, whether it's collecting trolleys from the car park, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, ticketing products, or of course helping our customers.
