Job description

ARNZ is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Business Support Services team. This is a full-time role providing assistance and support to the HR Advisor to ensure effective delivery of HR activities across the business.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Recruitment – Assisting our managers with hiring the best people with the right skills for our business; advertising, coordinating interviews. and reference checks
  • HR administration –  employment agreements, policy updates, staff queries
  • Onboarding – helping onboard new staff to ensure every new starter has the best induction they've ever had
  • Performance Reviews – supporting the performance review and development cycle
  • Health & Wellbeing –  rolling out initiatives and being involved in the committee meetings

About you

Apply today if you have:

  • 1+ years relevant HR and/or recruitment experience and a relevant HR qualification
  • an understanding or interest in both New Zealand and Australian employment legislation
  • strong attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Microsoft suite skills –  Outlook, Word, Excel
  • the ability to multitask, and balance priorities across activities
  • a positive attitude and the ability to be fast, accurate and flexible in responding to any given situation
  • the ability to operate in a consulting environment, with a strong client focus 
  • enjoy supporting others to identify and meet their needs
  • the desire to make a difference
  • want to grow your human resources career
