An opportunity is available at a respected, well known construction company as a Leading Hand / Foreman. My client has been trading since 1997 with a big pipeline of projects, structural timber/concrete work. They pride themselves with quality work, career progression, and a great environment to really grow.

As a Leading Hand/Foreman, you will be out on site managing a team of 10-20, leading by example and ensuing all work stages are completed on time and up to standard. You will be on the tools so having your own gear is a must! Some duties of the role include:

• Tool box meetings
• H&S meetings
• Understand and reading building plans
• Managing builders
• Ordering materials, making sure materials arrive
• Reporting to the Project Manager daily

Skills and Experience:

• 5 years experience in construction. Ideally commercial but residential is ok
• Read and understand building plans
• Familiar with Procore, Aconex, Dropbox
• Site Safe
• Motivated and ready to work
