Noodle Express Limited which is based in Auckland is hiring 3 Chinese cuisine cooks to join our supportive team：
Assist the chef in planning the quantity and type of ingredients to be purchased and checking the quality.
Prepare ingredients to be cooked and assist the chef in cooking.
Good at adjusting the temperature of various cooking equipment such as ovens.
Assist the chef in providing training for kitchen staff and recruiting new staff for the restaurant.
Seasoning food according to customer needs during the cooking process.
Dispense cooked food into a variety of plates or containers and keep them looking good.
Responsible for the stocking of ingredients to avoid shortage or spoilage of ingredients.
Discuss with the chef and restaurant manager about the design of the menu and the planning of the dishes.
Any other duties as required by the head chef and managers.
To fit this job well, you may have to: Work at least 30 hours per week. Hold NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience. On-the-job training may be required. Ability to work well without supervision by head chef or managers. Reliable and honest character.
