SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job description

You'll be doing:

• Installation, service, repair and maintenance of the door product range
• Liaison with customers in relation to repairs and installation
• Assess electro-mechanical faults and provide solutions
• Complete service tasks in a timely manner
• Work with Site Supervisors to complete repairs or installs
• A sound understanding of H&S requirements including incidents and hazard reporting

To thrive in this role you'll have:

• Hands on experience as a Field Service Technician with automatic doors or in similar service industries
• Full Electrical Licence preferred
• A leader of safe working practices and H&S culture
• Mechanical knowledge and fault finding skills
• Work flexibility to work after hours and weekends when required
• Commitment to quality and detail
• Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines

You'll be required to undergo a pre-employment medical check including Alcohol and Drug testing
