WANT JOB SATISFACTION You will support our client as part of his 24/7 care team. Providing support with daily living activities including specialised personal cares.
Aside from supporting his clinical needs, our client is out and about in this sunny coastal town. This social local enjoys the outdoors, cafes and travelling around the country, staying in various locations with some fishing now and then.
You will be responsible to enable our client to live the life he wants to lead, whilst providing the highest level of care. We are needing a Complex Care Support Worker who can jump into this role with confidence and who is respectful, energetic, fun, kind, have common sense, a good sense of humour and has great time management skills whilst working with our client.
Our support worker must be confident in driving our client's mobility vehicle
therefore a full New Zealand driver's licence is a must.

Exciting opportunities have arisen within our complex care/serious injury team for an experienced support worker, supporting our client in his home in the lovely Tauranga.
Due to the nature of our client’s varied disabilities, you will need to have:
- Experience assisting people with a spinal cord injury
- Manual handling / Full Body Hoist
- Full Drivers Licence a MUST!
- Available to work part-time or full-time and a minimum of a 10-hour shift
- Flexible between daily shifts and overnight.
- Be able to travel with the clients as the need arises
