Positions include:

  • Clinic schedulers
  • Medical receptionists
  • General administrators
  • Team supports

  • Personal assistants / executive assistants
  • Document approvers
  • Medical transcriptionists
  • And other various admin related positions

Some roles do require for staff to be prior trained on the in house systems. This is unpaid training and can be arranged by Alpha for successful candidates.

Temporary assignments are of various duration and can be both full time and part time hours and we are happy to hear from candidates with all sorts of availability.
