Summit Steel & Wire is a division of Euro Corporation Limited. We are a successful New Zealand owned and operated National Company. We manufacture high quality mesh and fencing as well as supplying, fabricating and installing the highest quality structural steel reinforcing.

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Administrator, an Office based role at our Auckland site. Your job would be to support Euro Corporation's customers in their Sales and Product needs.  This job will see you managing key relationships within the business across different departments and external suppliers.

About the Job 

  • Manage calls and process enquiries and be able to resolve any customer issues
  • Providing customers with relevant status updates and processing orders
  • Invoicing Sales Orders, Working with the Dispatch team and Freight Suppliers
  • Stock Control
  • Participate in reviews, create and improve internal customer service protocols


About You

  • Experience in Customer Service in a phone based environment
  • Background in an Administration, Accounts or Sales Support role
  • Some experience in Stock and Freight (Preferred)
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Be a team player demonstrating engagement, openness and enthusiasm
  • Flexible and Adaptable to work in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent work ethic and resilience
