We are prepared to train someone confident and outgoing from scratch to fill this role. You must have a good command of English and solid knowledge of forklift driving. You can't be afraid of public speaking to small crowds. It is important you have a strong work ethic as we are a growing company with lots of opportunity ahead.
A car, uniform and all training materials will be supplied.
You will be required to work a roster that has been designed to give our instructors a great lifestyle/work balance. It does includes 1 full day and 1 half day on a Saturday per 5 week cycle so the successful participant needs to be able to work this. This is rewarded with 2 x 4 day weekends (Fri - Mon) and a normal Sat/Sun weekend off during each 5 week cycle (standaard work week is 45 hours)
Our company is team focused with an evening staff meeting followed by dinner once every 4-6 weeks which you will be expected to attend.
Preference will be given to those who hold a National Certificate in Adult Education or have previous registration as a Competenz Forklift Trainer, however this is rare and we are happy to support you with full training to learn this if you don't have it but we believe you are the right candidate.
It is important to note that if training is not scheduled we require the successful applicant to Sales Rep, as well as Cold Call on potential customers as part of this job role.
