Resolutions Officer

We are looking for a motivated Resolutions Officer to join our fantastic team based in Wiri, Manukau!

Hours of work are Full time, Monday – Friday.

Reporting to the Resolutions Team Leader, you will assist the Credit Control team with customer queries relating to invoices and the Accounts Receivable team with banking during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure disputes are investigated and processes are followed correctly
• Ensure delivery of timely and accurate monthly reporting where required
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes
• Ensure the legal and audit compliance of actions on an ongoing basis
• Maintain openness to new processes and additional task
• Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to follow Health and Safety policies and legislative requirements within the business unit
• Assist the wider team when required

• Will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Will be a team player and can drive excellent internal and external customer outcomes
• Will have intermediate Excel skills

• Will have high level of attention-to-detail with a process-driven mind-set
• Will have good organisational skills
