The Role

We are currently looking for reliable and passionate Front of House Staff to work in a busy Production environment in the Porirua region. As you will be the first of contact for our guests, we are looking for someone with a bubbly, outgoing nature to leave a positive and lasting impression.

This is a part time role 30-35 hours a week on rostered shifts, so would prefer someone who is flexible working anywhere between 6am and 9:30pm Monday to Sunday.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Ensuring a high quality of customer service
  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Welcoming and greeting guests and diners
  • Ensuring front of house area looks presentable and tidy at all times

About You

To qualify for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service & Hospitality skills with at least 1+ years working in a similar role
  • Great verbal communication
  • Good listening skills & ability to follow work instructions
  • Health and Safety awareness and/or certification
  • Be able to pass a Police Vetting check
