Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven Senior Property Procurement Advisor who is a strong relationship builder.

Our client is a public sector organisation located in the heart of Wellington. 

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Property Procurement Advisor looking for career progression. 

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least two years previous experience working in property/construction procurement 
  • Strong understanding of the rules of sourcing 
  • An understanding of the machinery of government 
  • At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.

This is a 12 months fixed term position.
