Job Requirements:
The key attributes we are looking for are:
Experience independently planning and running multiple bulk earthworks projects/jobs on our own and customer sites.
Familiarity with heavy earthworks machinery, and ability to operate machinery to a high level.
Ability to effectively and efficiently deliver outcomes.
Managing and co-ordinating resources (people, equipment, tools, budgets).
Managing compliance (consent, H&S, legal).
Effective communication across the business (internal and external).
Other desirable attributes could include:
*Commercial experience;
*Mechanical knowledge;
*Pricing experience.
Remuneration would include:
Wages of $45-50 per hour (average 50-55 hours per week);
