Due to ongoing growth and increased demands in our Livestock Division (Hilders Livestock and United Livestock), we are looking for a Livestock Dispatcher for the area of Kaiwaka South.
This role will lead and manage the operational aspects of our livestock trucks operating south of the Brynderwyn. It is first and foremost a leadership role, maintaining a strong team culture based on collaboration, striving for excellence, and continuous improvement. You should have a “customers first” attitude and make sure we continue to deliver top livestock transport solutions to our existing and new customers.
The role further encompasses leading, managing and developing people and the work planning for your fleet in your area.

Experience in livestock cartage and/or the farming industry would be a great advantage. You would also have well developed organisational abilities and be comfortable operating in a fast-moving and dynamic environment that requires clarity of thought and decisiveness. You'll be a true people leader, using your strong interpersonal skills to confidently lead, coach and motivate your team while quickly building trust and maintaining strong positive relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
