About the Role
This 6 month, full time, 45 – 50 hour week role will see you responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Project Delivery team.
Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience in site administration or project coordination within the resources or construction industry. Site based experience is highly desirable as to have an in-depth knowledge of standard site practices and procedures in NZ.
Excellent analytic, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a highly confidential environment and confidently act with discretion
Fast, accurate and efficient with Microsoft Office; especially Word and Excel
be flexible and versatile and able to work in high-pressure environments
High level of attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
Excellent information gathering and information monitoring skills.
