Job Description:

di Rosa Cabinetry & Furniture is looking for a Production Manager, to replace our departing one who is heading overseas.  We are requiring a special person who fits into the unique team culture of our business.  


We are looking for someone who will be primarily office based, with time spent travelling to site for measuring and consultation, and occasionally helping on the floor with manufacturing if required.   Experience within the kitchen manufacturing industry is essential. You will be overseeing all manufacturing staff, creating work schedules, organising and overseeing all installations and issues, site measuring all jobs and preparing numbers and files ready for manufacturing, programming CNC machine, answering questions relating to each job on manufacturing issues, and working with our workshop foreman on quality control, and scheduling to ensure each job is running smoothly.  


You will also liase with other trades people, and work closely with the Director of di Rosa (head of Design), to ensure the business is running smoothly, and to the high standard we have come to expect.  As well as this, there is room to work with the Director helping with initial design work and concepts. 


The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Must have experience within kitchen industry and sound knowledge of how to manufacture a kitchen.  

  • Good computer knowledge for programming CNC machine 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

  • Speak fluent English.

  • Excellent people and communication skills 

  • Ability to read plans, and dimension plans from 3D computer programme.
